Course Overview

This workshop focuses on basic ergonomic concepts, including common musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), and developing possible solutions to help minimize risks. At the conclusion of the session, participants should be able to:

• Describe common musculoskeletal disorders.
• Identify the four key ergonomic risk factors.
• Recommend solutions to minimize the risk factors.
