Our Risk Control specialists will discuss how to effectively facilitate care for your injured employees, and the best practices for helping control workers compensation costs. At the conclusion of the session, participants should be able to:

• Describing the five essential strategies central to helping manage workers compensation injuries (Part 1)
• Explaining the Corridor of Care concept (Part 1)
• Educating employees through basic training pertaining to the post-injury management process (Part 1)
• Establishing a protocol for qualifying and selecting a preferred medical provider network (Part 2)
• Constructing a transitional duty process (Part 3)
