Course Overview

This workshop focuses on the competencies to help supervisors engage employees and create a positive safety culture. You and your supervisors are invited to join us for this interactive session where we will review best practices to help build a foundation towards a safer work environment. At the conclusion of the session, participants should be able to:

• Coach your employees by setting goals to improve safety performance
• Influence future behaviors by providing effective feedback
• Overcome resistance to feedback
