Course Overview

This workshop focuses on the competencies to help supervisors engage employees and create a positive safety culture. You and your supervisors are invited to join us for this interactive session where we will review best practices to help build a foundation towards a safer work environment. At the conclusion of the session, participants should be able to:

• Maintain employee safety awareness through frequent safety communications.
• Provide training that confirms employee knowledge and skill level.
• Apply empathic communication skills that help sustain employee engagement.
• Utilize different supervisory styles that are best suited for the situation.
