Site Alert
Overview
The site alert, or page-level alert should appear at or near the the top of a given page and contain information relevant to the user's context. 
Site alert block has several options to customize, and appears on the top of the page:
- Heading text with several options for styling
- Description
- Alert type
- An option to dismiss alert
- An option to create a button in secondary and tetriary style
- An option to display button icon
